If you are intending to work through past trauma, we suggest that you have a therapist or counsellor who joins you, or who is part of your support circle and is informed about your upcoming sessions.

Full Day Workshop Experiences: Best for people who live further away, and for those who want to go deep. 5 person maximum.

$125 plus HST/hour

Length: 3-hours
$175 plus HST/hour

Packages need to be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Full Day Experiences
Day runs from 9:30am - 4:30pm
Includes farm-to-table lunch prepared by Chef Aquila
1 person: $825 plus applicable taxes
2 people: $500/person plus applicable taxes
3-5 people: $400/person plus applicable taxes
Can be 1-5 days in length.
Number of days is flexible depending on client needs, and will be determined in advance of the workshop. For groups of 3 or more, we strongly suggest a minimum of 2 days.
To confirm booking dates, a 50% deposit will be required.
Accommodation bookings are the responsibility of the client, and we suggest booking well in advance.
