I’ve worked with thousands of horses, and sees them as my best teachers. I believe that healing, at individual and systemic levels, is part of the activism that our world needs.
With over sixty thousand hours in the art of building bridges between the worlds of horses and humans, I help both species create a deeper sense of safety, wholeness, and freedom.
Surprisingly, this can also translate to online coaching. With the support of embodiment and nervous system regulation practices, we will find ways to expand what feels possible, empower you to get unstuck, and finally feel more free.

single sessions
Sessions are booked individually, and are $145 CAD plus applicable taxes.
This is best for returning clients who are looking to resolve one specific challenge, and have done previous workshops or programs with Carmen.
4-session package
Get the Basics
4 weeks, 1 hour/week*
$140 plus HST per hour
Total Cost: $560 CAD plus applicable taxes
This is best for clients who know what they want to work on, and are ready to jump right in.
8-session package
Do a Deep Dive
8 weeks, 1 hour/week*
$135 plus HST per hour
Total cost: $1080 CAD plus applicable taxes
This is best for clients who know they need to dig a little deeper, and are ready to go on a transformational journey.
Packages need to be paid in full at the time of purchase.
*Flexible timing between sessions is available if clients want more or less frequent bookings.
