Carmen is the Founder and Director of Horse Sense North, an empowerment and leadership coach, self-defence instructor, and keynote speaker who weaves stories of growth, healing, and horses into every talk.

With over sixty thousand hours in the art of building bridges between the worlds of horses and humans, Carmen helps both species create a deeper sense of safety, wholeness, and freedom.

Each presentation is shaped by lived experience, a trauma-informed approach, and a deep belief that healing, at individual and systemic levels, is part of the activism that our world needs.

Audiences walk away with practical tools and a renewed sense of hope, ready to step forward with courage.
