Hello and Welcome!
I’m so glad you’re here.
My whole life, I’ve been on a journey to understand people, and how we relate to ourselves and others.
My background is diverse and highly transferable. My unique combination of experience has proven to be one of my biggest gifts in coaching. Looking back, I see how each chapter has shaped what I have to offer, bringing so much more value and insight.
I grew up in the beautifully multi-cultural city of Montreal. There, I was quite involved in my parent’s television production company, which helped prepare me for my own entrepreneurial journeys.
When I was in college, I had an experience that resulted in Post Traumatic Growth. It changed how I saw myself and the world. It gave me the courage to truly live my life, and shed the social expectations that were holding me back.
I moved to a farm in Ontario, Canada, and volunteered in exchange for room and board for nearly two years. It was there that I fell in love with nature and horses. This led me to become a farrier, meaning I travel from farm to farm taking care of horses’ hooves.
I’ve discovered so much about myself through working with thousands of horses. They hold me beautifully accountable in every single way; they are my mirrors and my best teachers.
Being a farrier, I’ve also learned about people. It’s kind of like being the hairdresser of the horse community - regular visits with clients coming from every walk of life imaginable, and I love getting to know them all.
When I became a coach, it felt like stepping into the shoes I was always made to wear. I studied directly with some of the world’s top thought leaders, therapists and mind-body researchers, such as Linda Kohanov and Dr Rebecca Bailey. I’m grateful to have had such wonderful mentors.
I combine my lived experience, in the horse and human worlds, with my coaching and facilitation certifications so that I can bring my passion to life: empowering you in a heartfelt and balanced way, so that you may discover the freedom of being who you are meant to become.
