Booking and Cancellation Policies

Equine Facilitated Learning, and other Coaching Sessions

BOOKING

Payment is required in advance to book the session date. This can be made by e-transfer to horsesensenorth.billing@gmail.com. If a credit card payment link is required for out-of-country accounts, please let us know.

CANCELLATION

For sessions that are 2-hours or less, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are subject to the full session fee. No-shows will be charged at the full rate.

For sessions and bookings that are longer than 2-hours, we ask for at least 2 weeks’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations made with less than 2 weeks’ notice are subject to the full fee. No-shows will be charged at the full rate.

Equine Facilitated Therapy, and other Therapy Sessions

BOOKING

No payment is required to book a therapy session. We do require a credit card on file as a backup — this would only ever be used if payment has not been received after a 14-day period post session.

Please note that extended health benefits typically do not cover cancellation fees.

Programs, Workshops, and Speaking Fees

Unless otherwise stated in writing, our booking and cancellation policy is the same as listed above.

If Horse Sense North needs to Cancel:

You will be offered your choice of a full refund or a credit.
