By learning the 5 Roles of Self-Care, a framework that gives life-changing clarity to behaviour and relationships, you will be empowered to step more fully into who you are, and be who you're meant to become.
Enjoy an intuitive wellness toolkit that goes along with each role so you can put it into practice and lead yourself to wellness.
This is a self-guided online course that normally costs $297. When you sign up for this group coaching program, you get access to the whole course, plus 5 weekly live coaching calls that will help create a community of supportive learning and integration. A huge bonus at no extra charge.
