HEART-CENRED LEADERSHIP - Equine Facilitated Learning Workshop

HEART-CENTRED LEADERSHIP

Equine Facilitated Learning Workshop

This is a day of coming home to the intelligence you've always had — the kind that lives in your body, not just your mind.

Join us in a very small group for a transformational learning journey with horses. Access and reclaim your heart-centred leadership with clarity, connection and courage.

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

This workshop is not about titles or positions.

It's about the kind of leadership that begins inside — the clarity to know what you truly value, the courage to act from it, and the capacity to bring others along without losing yourself in the process.

Most of us have been taught to lead from our heads. To think our way through decisions, override our instincts when they're inconvenient, and push through uncertainty with strategy and logic. And sometimes that works.

But there's another kind of intelligence available to us — one that lives in the body, in the heart, and in the quality of our presence. When we learn to access it, everything changes. How we make decisions. How we relate to others. How we move through the moments that ask the most of us.

The horses help us find it.

THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU IF:

You want to lead more authentically — whether in a formal role or simply in your own life. You sense there's a deeper clarity available to you that you haven't been able to fully access. You're ready to move beyond overthinking and into closer relationship with what you already know to be true.

WHY HORSES?

Horses are not metaphors. They are honest, present, and extraordinarily sensitive to the energy we bring into a space — the gap between what we say and what we actually feel, between who we're pretending to be and who we are.

Working with them on the ground — no riding, no horse experience required — we learn things about ourselves that talk and thought alone can rarely reach.

They are truly some of the most powerful teachers and guides.

IN THIS FULL DAY EXPERIENCE, YOU WILL:

  • Get clear about what is blocking access to your heart's intelligence

  • Discover tools and practices to move you out of your head and into genuine connection with yourself

  • Understand how your nervous system shapes your capacity to lead — and how to work with it rather than against it

  • Deepen your relationship with yourself and others in a way that is heart-centred, embodied, and lasting

  • Leave with clarity and courage you can feel — not just understand
