Most of us were never taught how relationships actually work. We weren't given the vocabulary to name what's happening when something feels wrong. We weren't shown how our nervous system shapes our responses, or how to tell the difference between a difficult relationship and a harmful one.
We learned to manage, to accommodate, to keep the peace, often at the expense of ourselves.
Clear Ground changes that.

A note from Carmen:
I didn't come to this work through a textbook.
I grew up in an environment where I had to learn early — very early — to read the room, track what was being said underneath what was being said, and figure out how to keep myself steady in dynamics that weren't safe. That hyper-attunement became both my survival skill and my life's work.
What followed was decades of practice. Relationships that taught me something. Many that I ultimately had to let go. Chapters where I had no voice, chapters where my voice wasn't working, chapters where I overcorrected. And slowly, through all of it — through the horses, through the bodywork, through the hard conversations I chose not to walk away from, and the ones I finally did — I built a map.
Clear Ground is that map. Every tool in it is one I've used myself, in real situations with real stakes. I know what it costs to set a boundary you've never set before. I know what it feels like when the words finally come. I know the difference between a relationship that's difficult and one that's done.
I built this course because no one handed me this map when I needed it. And because I've watched too many brilliant, caring, self-aware people spend years in the same confusion I once lived in — not because they weren't trying, but because they didn't have the language, the framework, or the permission to trust what they already knew.
You don't have to earn this the hard way. That's why this course exists.
