register for this free virtual workshop

When: April 14th, 6:30pm EST

Length: 1 hour and 15 min

Format: Zoom - Recording stops for authentic and secure live discussion near the end

Cost: Free

Description:

Wellness isn't about having more willpower - it's about having the right resources. When stress hits, burnout looms, or life feels overwhelming, your resource kit is what keeps you grounded. This workshop helps you identify, strengthen, and access both internal resources (like nervous system regulation, boundaries, and self-trust) and external resources (like relationships, support systems, and practical tools). You'll leave with a personalized toolkit designed for your real life.

In this workshop, you'll:

  • Identify the internal resources you already have (and the ones you need to build)

  • Discover external resources that actually support you vs. those that drain you

  • Learn how to assess which resources you need in different situations

  • Understand the difference between coping and sustainable wellness

  • Practice quick nervous system regulation techniques you can use anywhere

  • Create your own personalized resource kit to carry forward
